Refund policy

All sales are final.

DadMode sells digital products — The Rookie Dad Playbook (ebook) and the DadMode Tracker (web app) — that are delivered instantly by email the moment your order is placed. Because delivery is immediate and digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

No cancellations: once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Delivery help: if you do not receive your delivery email, or a download link or file does not work, contact us at getdadmode@gmail.com and we will re-send your delivery and make sure you receive everything you paid for.

Accidental duplicates: if you place the same order twice by mistake, contact us at getdadmode@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will fix the duplicate.
