Overview: This store is operated by DadMode. By purchasing from godadmode.store you agree to these terms. Contact: getdadmode@gmail.com.

Digital products and delivery: Our products are digital. The Rookie Dad Playbook is delivered as a PDF download and the DadMode Tracker is delivered as web-app access with an activation code, both sent to the email address used at checkout immediately after purchase. No physical products are shipped.

All sales final: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. See our Refund Policy.

Your license: Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Playbook and the Tracker for your own family. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish the Playbook file, your download links, or your Tracker activation code.

Tracker access: “Lifetime Access” means access for the lifetime of the DadMode Tracker product. We may update or improve the Tracker over time. The Tracker stores your data on your own device; if you clear your device or browser data, your logs may be lost.

Not medical advice: The Playbook and the Tracker are educational and organizational tools for parents. They are not medical advice. Always follow the guidance of your pediatrician and healthcare providers for your baby’s health and safety.

Pricing and changes: Prices may change at any time. We may modify or discontinue a product or feature without notice, except that purchased download products remain yours to keep.

Billing information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it so we can deliver your products and contact you if needed.

Prohibited uses: You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe the intellectual property rights of DadMode or others.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DadMode is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to terms: We may update these terms at any time; the version in effect at your purchase applies to that purchase.
